About the Role
Bogner & Partners is expanding its AI and data operations team. As an AI Model Training Specialist, you will work on data labeling, annotation, and evaluation tasks that are essential to training and improving artificial intelligence models for our clients.
This role is at the intersection of technology and human judgment. You will review, categorize, and annotate data across various formats including text, images, and structured data. Your work directly contributes to the performance of AI systems used by leading technology companies worldwide.
No prior AI or machine learning engineering experience is required. We are looking for people with sharp analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise guidelines consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Label and annotate data across text, image, audio, and video formats according to detailed project guidelines
- Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy, relevance, safety, and quality
- Follow annotation guidelines precisely and consistently, maintaining high accuracy rates across large volumes of tasks
- Provide feedback on model responses, identifying errors, biases, or areas for improvement
- Participate in quality assurance reviews to ensure team-wide consistency and accuracy
- Adapt to new projects and guidelines quickly as client requirements evolve
- Collaborate with team leads and project managers to flag ambiguities in guidelines and suggest improvements
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Document edge cases and contribute to guideline refinement
Requirements
- Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal, with excellent reading comprehension
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus over extended periods
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely and consistently
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software tools quickly
- Reliable internet access and the ability to work from our Nairobi office
- A diploma or degree in any discipline (we value diverse educational backgrounds)
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data entry, content moderation, transcription, or similar detail-oriented roles
- Familiarity with data labeling platforms or annotation tools
- Background in linguistics, communication, or information science
- Interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
- Experience working with international clients or remote teams
